If you become a seller we also store shop profile details, contact channels, location labels you choose to share, logos, and product listing data including photos or videos you upload. We also receive reports you submit about listings or shops, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.
2. How we use information
We use your data to operate Simupoint: authenticate sessions, show public catalogs, connect buyers with sellers via published contact details, review shops and listings, respond to abuse reports, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
Shop contact details and public listing content are visible to visitors so they can reach sellers directly. Account credentials are not shared. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use session cookies (or equivalent session storage) to keep you signed in. Theme and language preferences may be stored locally in your browser.
5. Retention
We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for moderation, security, and legal obligations. Deactivated accounts may retain archived content for audit and safety purposes.
6. Your choices
You can update profile details from your account settings. Sellers can edit shop and listing information they control. Contact us if you need help with access or deletion requests where applicable.
