1. About Simupoint
Simupoint is a contact-first marketplace that helps buyers discover iPhone listings from independent shops. We do not process payments, escrow funds, or complete transactions on the platform. When you are interested in a listing, you contact the seller directly using the phone, email, or other contact details they provide.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or post misleading content.
3. Listings and shops
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of shop details, listing descriptions, pricing, stock, and condition information. Listings may be reviewed before they appear publicly. Simupoint does not guarantee that any listing is available, authentic, or free of defects. Any purchase agreement is solely between buyer and seller.
4. No payments on the platform
Simupoint does not collect payment for products, charge buyers a checkout fee, or hold money on behalf of sellers. Payment terms, delivery, warranties, and refunds are arranged directly with the seller. Use common sense when meeting sellers or transferring funds.
5. Acceptable use
You may not post fraudulent listings, spam contact channels, scrape the site abusively, impersonate others, or use Simupoint for unlawful activity. You may report listings or shops that appear misleading so our team can review them.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simupoint is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality, failed meetups, or losses arising from off-platform transactions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Simupoint after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
